Wherever possible, Sharretts promotes from within our company. Each employee is required to train on a variety of plating types and become proficient at operating at least three different plating lines. With this cross-training method, Sharretts expands our capability to satisfy our customer's delivery requirements while meeting all plating requirements or specifications.
The Company is located in South Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, Sharretts maintains international facilities through our partnerships in which we are able to achieve a specific plating quality and duplicate the operation worldwide. The Company accomplishes this effort with international partners as platers and proprietary chemical companies that will commit to duplicating our plating process. As a result, the plating performs the same as was originally specified.

Sharretts
Plating Company is a privately owned company in operation since 1925.
Members of our management staff average 20+ years of experience and service
with the company. Our primary and most important motivation is to meet
our customer's needs in any way we can. Our focus is to treat each customer
as our most important one and delight them at every encounter. The founders
of Sharretts built the company upon a foundation of integrity, credibility,
skill, craftsmanship and a commitment to standing behind quality work.
These characteristics continue today.
