Welcome to Sharretts
Plating Co., Inc. (SPC) news release outlet. This link will provide you
with new developments in metal finishing that we are developing and offering
as well as other newsworthy items such as new locations and company personnel
exposés. My name is Thomas P. Sharretts and I am the Chairman of
the Board of SPC.
Our Company has gone through many changes
over the past year and a half. All of our production lines have been expanded
and modernized to meet tomorrow's quality and delivery demands. Also,
waste water treatment has been enlarged and updated with the latest in
technology.
As for many plating companies, those who
stand still and do not change will eventually lose future opportunities.
We have chosen to invest in all areas of our company. An extensive training
program for all employees has been developed. This continuous training
and education will be done on the job as well as outside at trade associations
and local universities.
We have begun a building expansion that
will include warehouse space and more offices. The warehouse space will
enable us to streamline material handling and eliminate bottlenecks. Also,
with this expansion, we have added new staff positions, requiring additional
office and conferencing facilities. My focus is on our people and our
existing customers. I have found that if our people are given the right
tools and they make their job a way of life, then our customers are more
delighted with our product. This will remain my primary focus.
