Prototyping is the epicenter for any process! With that in mind, all processes are developed in our industrial metal plating laboratory. At Sharretts Plating Company, we spend extensive time creating and solving industry solutions that meet our valued customers’ industrial metal needs. This process begins with our skill-set attained from Lean-Six Sigma Manufacturing Principles. The DMAIC Model stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, & Control. Within these core elements are DOE (Design of Experiments), Kaizen (Continuous Improvement in Quality, Technology, Processes, Company Culture, Productivity, Safety, and Leadership), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and 5S (Housekeeping, Workplace Organization, Cleanup, Cleanliness, Discipline). All these principles come together to form a powerful combination for solid, well executed, and good looking work. These high standards are carried through all aspects of our work, from proto-typing in small beakers or tanks to full scale production.
