Customers needing reel-to-reel services where plating specifications are complex and the finished product must meet very stringent testing guidelines rely on the extensive services offered by SPC. Stripe, spot and controlled depth selective platings are available. For wear resistance with high-tech conductive functionality, copper, nickel, palladium, palladium-nickel and cobalt hardened gold comprise the SPC plating array.

To save customers money and guarantee predictable results, SPC designs and builds nearly all of its reel-to-reel plating equipment. As a result, they can service small prototype volumes with lines as short as 15 feet to the largest of production jobs with lines more than 600 feet long.
