Official Job Description:
At SPC, A jr. mechatronics technician performs a wide range of mechatronics design and production duties. Mechatronics combines several disciplines, including mechanical and electrical fields, electronics, instrumentation, and computer design. Mechatronic technicians help develop new equipment, such as instrumentation or production systems for the manufacturing industry. As a jr. mechatronics technician, your responsibilities include repairing and maintaining existing systems or equipment and installing and setting up new production equipment. Some of your work is in the tool room/workshop, while other tasks are performed on the production line, such as installing new rectifiers, hoists, PLC controllers, and equipment superstructure.

- Has experience maintaining electronic and mechanical systems
